How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 calendar days. Delivery times vary depending on your location — UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. Select 1st class postage to expect quicker delivery.

Can I get my card faster?

Absolutely — choose the 1st class Royal Mail option at checkout or send me a message if you’re in a rush, and I'll do my best to help.

Can I personalise my card?

Yes - Most of my cards can be customised with names, messages, or colours. Just include your details in the “Personalisation” box when ordering. Please note all personalisation will edit the front of the card only.

Can I request a completely custom design?

Occasionally, I create custom artwork if time permits. Send me a message with what you have in mind — whether it’s a one-off illustration, a quote, or something funny and specific — and I'll let you know what’s possible.

What size are your cards?

Cards are A6 (105 x 148 mm), that's a quarter of an A4 page. Each listing includes the exact size details.

Are envelopes included?

Yes — all cards come with a high-quality white envelope. Kraft envelopes are available for a small upgrade fee.

What kind of paper do you use?

All cards are printed on premium, high-quality gloss with a thick 300gsm card.

What if my card arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with photos or details, and I'll send a replacement sent 1st class or refund right away. If your card hasn't arrived within 7 days, please get in touch for a replacement sent 1st class or a refund.
