Our rings are handcrafted one at a time uniquely for you, and we CANNOT resize Titanium or Zirconium rings, so it’s important to choose a comfortable size. Though we highly recommend using our ring sizer (ring sizers are free with your order!), you may also visit a jeweler to be sized.

Sizing at a jeweler: Consider ring width - wider rings fit more snugly. Get sized using a ring of the same profile. All of our rings have a comfort fit profile.

Please don't use methods such as: online charts, printouts, dental floss method, etc.

Want a custom ring? We require that you confirm your size by choosing our ‘Send me a ring sizer’ option for orders including:

-Custom orders
-Custom mountain range
-Solid gold
-An inner or outer gold liner

If you ordered the wrong size, there's an exchange fee of $25 for our solid Titanium and Zirconium rings. We will gladly accept exchanges within 1 week of receiving your purchase. For rings made of solid gold, a gold inside liner or a gold outside band, please see the ‘Resizing - Gold Rings’ section.

How Size Exchange Service works:
1. Purchase our Size Exchange Service

2) We send you a mailing label → Request a Priority Flat Rate Small Box at your USPS location.

3) Once tracking shows it’s on its way to us, we will get your exchange ring in progress.

4) Receive your new correctly fitting ring!

We do our best to complete exchanges in 3 weeks or less.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to create a mailing label for International exchanges and resizes.

Please purchase the Size Exchange Service (for solid titanium and zirconium rings) or the Resizing service (for gold ring resizing). You may choose the most cost effective shipping option available to you and mail to:

For exchanges, once you have sent the original ring in the mail, please send us the tracking information. Once we see that it's on its way to us, we will get your new ring in progress!

For resizes, we will keep an eye out and will begin the resizing process once we receive your ring.

We do our best to complete exchanges and resizes in 3 weeks or less.

Rings made of solid gold, as well as rings with a gold inner liner or a gold outer band can be resized for a fee of $50.

How Resizing works:

2) We send you a mailing label → Request a Priority Flat Rate Small Box at your USPS location.

3) Once we receive your gold ring, we will resize it.

4) Receive your original, but correctly fitting ring!

We do our best to complete resizes in 3 weeks or less.

Sometimes work load gets heavy, and messages get backed up. We appreciate all of the inquiries, and will be in touch within 1- 24 hours. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and greatly appreciate the understanding in longer wait times!

Your big day is important to us, so we will never try to push deadlines too close. Our current standard lead time is 1-4 weeks from date of purchase to completion, depending on your chosen style. We have a rush option available if you need your ring sooner than the standard lead time. Once the rush order is purchased, your order will be scheduled to ship within 7 business days from the date it was placed.

Titanium & Zirconium Rings:
Yes! Any titanium or zirconium ring can be in a custom width for no additional cost. If you would like your ring in a custom width, feel free to leave me a note at checkout and it will be made to your preference.

Gold Rings:
Custom widths on solid gold rings, or rings with an inner gold liner, or an outer gold band may be subject to price adjustment. We will reach out if this is the case.

Mountain Rings:
Custom widths on any of our mountain range rings should be kept between 5mm wide and 8mm wide, due to proportions and details of the mountain carvings and engravings.

Inlay Rings:
Custom widths on any ring with an inlay will have the placement adjusted to scale, keeping the same properties of the ring.

Since we have several orders on our schedule at any given time, we unfortunately cannot reach out with progress updates to all of our supporting clients.
