Terms & Conditions
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be specified in the product listing.
2. Shipping
* I ship orders to the address provided on your Etsy order. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
* Domestic orders (within the United States) typically arrive within the timeframe provided by the selected shipping method.
* I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond my control.
3. Returns & Exchanges
* I gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items.
* Contact me within: 30 days of delivery.
* Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
4. Cancellations
* Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.
* Cancellations for custom or personalized orders may not be available if work has already begun.
5. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and may require additional processing time. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 30 days with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but I am not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once the item has been shipped.
7. International Orders
