Received my SS hummingbird a couple months ago. Did NOT come in the nice windowed box but rather in a wood box that is too tight for the spinner to fit in. Buttons were improperly machined, preventing it from spinning properly. (One button was missing the "step" to raise it off the body resulting in it hitting the body preventing it from spinning. Yes, I made sure the bearing was sitting flush. Tried buttons on several other pressfit spinners with same results. Contacted the owner literally in the first two minutes after opening, and have sent SEVERAL emails about it over the past two months with not a single response. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wasted 70$ on something that won't spin. I would put aftermarket buttons on it just so I could use it but I don't want to waste more money on it to make it work.

Great customer service. The first one I received had a wobble issue. I contacted Matthew and he said to ship it back and he would check it out. Within the week I had a new in my hand. Terrific service. The spinner is fabulous. I have been spinning it every day since I got it. The bearing is smooth with a touch of feedback which I like. It feels good in the hand and spins beautifully. The brass is lovely and weight is perfect. Looking forward to purchasing a stainless steel one soon. Thanks Matthew for great service and spinner

I received my Alumabronze Hummingbird Fidget Spinner in a timely fashion and in perfect order. It's a fantastic spinner!
