4 out of 5 starsThe bag came on time as expected and is well crafted. Please just be mindful when you pick font “script” that the lowercase “o” is structured incorrectly. The connection is supposed to be at the top of the “o” and in the stitching it is at the bottom… so my daughter whose name is Cora reads as Cara so the bag is unusable. The font is posted in the example so I do understand that the onus is on me. I reached out to the shop to inform them that the script lettering is incorrect, but they are unable to redo the bag because it is a custom item, and that I should’ve caught the error. They did offer a coupon towards another purchase. Hopefully going forward, they choose another script to use that is structured correctly.

◾ Question 2: Why do I get an email that my order has shipped, but it stays Pre-Transit?
Firstly, your order and shipping label is printed simultaneously for production. Therefore, you may receive an email indicating that your order has been shipped within a few days of your purchase, even though it's still in production.
Secondly, if two weeks have passed since your purchase date and you still haven't received your order, please reach out to me via Etsy Message, and I'll be more than happy to investigate further for you.
◾ Question 3: I want to change my order information, what should I do?
You can update your order details by contacting me through Etsy Message within two days of your purchase date. Once this timeframe has passed, your order will enter production and changes cannot be made.
