If you're having trouble opening zip files on your device, the most likely reason is that your device isn't equipped for it. You can fix this by using a PC, laptop, or installing a zip reader app on your device.

Keep in mind that accessing the files through the ETSY app may not be possible, so use your device's browser instead.

The files are very large and can't simple be emailed to your directly, you will have to access them through the links we provided.

We will not be able to help you with tech support for your printer or software.

Some reasons why they may not print correctly could be that your printer needs to be calibrated, cleaned, you may be low on ink, you may be trying to print white on a standard CYMK printer that does not use white ink.

At this time we are not taking any custom orders, however if there is something you would like to see feel free to ask as it may be something we have already made or are working on and it's just not listed yet.

No. These images must be flattened, in a finished design or product that is not meant to be altered or redesigned by your customer.

Digital scrapbooking kits and journals are not allowed but printed ready to use ones are ok for example.

Most of our products exceed Etsy's file size limit. We pay for a secure google drive to store the images for you. Your download from Etsy contains a link to your actual product there.
