Is your products safe for little kids?

I take all precautions in making tack as sturdy as possible, though my tack does contain small parts. I recommend not letting children 5 and under handle the tack by themselves as it might break and they can choke on it.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

I do not accept returns or cancellations. If your tack has something wrong with it upon arrival (broken parts, wrong color, wrong size, wrong product, ect.) please contact me and we will work something out.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 3-5 business days to ship pre-made items. Customizable items will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to 1-2 business weeks to make depending on how many items are in the order and how many orders are infront of you. And 7-15 days for within the United States and 7-30 for international orders to arrive.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time I only ship within the United States, Canada, Mexico and the UK.

Custom and personalized orders

I actually do custom orders, sadly I don't take custom repaint orders as im still practicing my painting skills, so I'm only taking in tack custom orders. All you need to do is message me and tell me what item, color, and size you want. From there I will make your order then list it up as a private listing so you can only buy it! Shipping is $5.00 but orders over $35 have free shipping!! I also do custom orders for internationals.

Shipping

After the order leaves my house and is in the custody of USPS I have no control over how long shipping is.

Refunds

I'm not responsible for how long your package takes to get to you after I ship it out to USPS. However if your package as not arrive to you in 2-4 weeks then contact me and we will work out a refund depending on the situation.

COVID-19 & WEATHER SHIPPING DELAY

Due to COVID USPS is short on staff at the moment, so packages may take longer than usual. Please, please be patient at this time as post offices are most likely overwhelmed with all the packages at this time.

Due to harsh weather in the winter sometimes it might take a little longer for it to arrive, so please be patient.

Tack Trades

At this time I don't do any tack trades.

Sizing details

All models come in different sizes and poses. For Schleich I base it off the size of the horse not the pose its in. For an average adult horse it can fit most, it could fit draft horses it would just be a little small. Same with the ponies it would be a little big but it could fit.

For Breyer Horses I have options since each model of theirs is unique. If you aren't sure what Breyer model you have you can go to IdentifyYourBreyer.com
