She was fabulous with customer service - timeliness, responsiveness, politeness, and adjusting to meet my personalization requests. I didn’t plan ahead for this gift to arrive before my son’s birthday so I was very thankful for her 24 hour rush option. The shirts turned out great and my boys love them! I imagine my third son will be requesting one for his birthday in the next year or two as well. Definitely worth purchasing!
