what is your return policy?
We fully guarantee and stand by our handmade items for their quality and durability.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly refund it (minus original shipping cost if any), as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Therefore, send the item back using the most economical trackable shipping method (regular Postal service), not courier service.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. As such, we recommend you choose the cheapest trackable shipping method via regular Postal services when shipping an item back to us.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
Sorry, we don't provide international return shipping labels, as our shop is located in Greece.
How do I choose my correct size?Do you offer sandals in wide and narrow widths?Do you offer customized orders?
Our sandals are in European sizes. Please consult the last photo of each sandal listing for instructions on how to measure to choose the correct size.
Our sandals are medium width, but they can accommodate feet that are slightly wider. Note that some styles have a narrower than medium width (please see individual listings). Sorry, our sandals are not suitable for wide or extra narrow feet.
Unfortunately we do not offer customized orders.
Why does my new leather bag/sandals have minor imperfections? Is the leather stiff? Will my new sandals require a"break in" period?
Any imperfections such as scars, marks or uneven thickness are not flaws, but rather natural inherent features of the leather, identifying each piece as unique and one of a kind. Our leather hides go through minimal processing using traditional methods. Our goal is to enhance, rather than to conceal it's beautiful character.
Handmade products are just that - made by hand - and in our opinion, are not perfect like the mass produced ones.
We use genuine leather, which is durable, thick, with a rough textured underside (unfinished).
This leather is a bit stiff at first, but with normal wear it will soften up and take on the shape of your foot. The more you wear them the more comfortable they become!
