We reached out to the buyer twice since her review and offered to embroider a "structured" style more expensive hat and send it at no charge. The buyer has never responded. We take pride in all the products we sell. All the buyer had to do is send us a message about the purchase and any problems, but chose to just post a negative review. We are disappointed too.
