Custom orders & Standard orders
If you have a special request for a custom order, please feel free to reach out.
Time we need to prepare your custom order varies between 5-7 working days.
Please note , we do not accept returns and exchanges for the custom orders, personilised orders and sales orders.
For the standard orders the processing time is between 2-4 working days, but we have RUSH ORDER SERVICE( your order will be prepared and shipped out the same day of purchase or the next working day if it's weekend or holidays)
It's an additional service that can be purchased after you have placed your initial order. You can find this service in the shop listings.
Shipping
USA, Australia, Canada and Japan is between 5-10 working days ,
EU is between 4-7 working days,
Sweden 1-3 working days,
Please note the shipping time can take longer during holiday seasons and/or custom clearance.
Unfortunately we don’t have any control on the custom in your country and how quickly the parcel is released.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If the item is not received due to wrong address provided by buyer, buyer is responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep track of your delivery day to know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we can’t replace it at our expense.
Return & exchange
We do accept returns and exchanges, except the custom orders, personilised orders and sales orders.
Contact us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
Ship the product back to us, within 14 calendar days from the moment we approve your request, and provide a valid tracking number. As soon as we receive your return the money will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
Please do not ship the item back without contacting us and without our return approval.
The cost of the return shipping , possible custom fee while returning item and the shipping of exchange is paid by customer, unless is due to the product defects.
Unclaimed orders
All the orders that arrived to the destination country and are not accepted by customer for some reason usually are returned back to us in 30 days automatically by post.
Please be aware that In the case you don’t accept or don’t pick up your order in time 40% of the order price will be held to cover our shipping and other fees.
Cancellations
We gladly accept the cancellations within the 24 hours after your order is placed.
Please note , to all the cancellations that pass this timeframe 10% restocking fee will be applied.
