5 na 5 gwiazdekThe item I received was bent and I struggled to bend it back so it would sit flush against the wall. Reached out to customer service and they provided a replacement immediately! Had to pay an additional $20 for the tariffs on both the item and the replacement but that’s not their fault. Excellent customer service and such a beautifully handcrafted piece! Highly recommend.

5 na 5 gwiazdekThis drain is absolutely stunning!!! It is aging so beautifully and I’m so happy with my purchase. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with the piece that threads on and then connects to the pipes, so I had to buy another plug and take the piece I needed off of that one.
