1 out of 5 starsI was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of this custom ornament for the following reasons: 1) the image does not look like stained glass as stated in the item description 2) the image is poorly printed on the DULL side of the ornament, not the shiny side 3) the black line that should outline the entire circle is missing at both the top and bottom of the ornament 4) the item came with a cheap piece of gold string tossed in the mailer, rather than being thread through the ornament 5) this fragile item was mailed in only a thin paper, bubble mailer, not a box to protect it, not even a ziploc bag or extra bubble wrap 6) this item is NOT WORTH $30, it's not even worth the sale price of $13.50 that I paid.

All shipments include a trackng number. Our production partner handles both production and shipping directly from their workshop for greater efficiency.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
No. Due to the made-to-order nature of each item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
