The seller was very kind and helpful, communicative. The product itself is of good quality though there were a couple tiny litte imperfections/cracks. I myself had to so quite an amout of sanding and cleaning up to make things work but it's no biggie. What I would say specifically to this product that it is quite small. (It's on me the seller did let me know the size) I just personally think that compared to my other figures this one is on very much on a smaller scale.

A fantastic model, all pieces came packaged very safely and secure. All small pieces were bubble wrapped and paper wrapped to ensure nothing fragile broke. The pieces themselves are lightweight and look beautiful. Seller was very communicative about the process, very friendly and helpful, informed me about any mistakes and that they would be reprinting the pieces necessary. I’m absolutely impressed with the seller and the product.
