I'm a maker at heart. Let me make something for you.
Welcome to my shop! My name is Rich Puskarich and I’m the owner.
When I think back to my childhood, I now realize I was a “maker” before the term ever became popular. I was always taking things apart and putting them back together - clocks, calculators, my Dad’s new drill (which I didn’t successfully put back together). I would try to repurpose those parts in an attempt to make something new.
Now that I’m much older, I’m still a “maker” at heart. I'm a compulsive learner. I’m still that kid with a mind filled with curiosity, anxious to see what I can create next. I love taking materials from the scrap bin and giving new life to things that would have been thrown away or put in the burn pile.
I like making items that are unique. Things that you have to do a double-take when you first see them. Things that would be a conversation piece if you placed them in your room.
Most of my time is currently spent working with wood. I specialize in making unique keepsake and jewelry boxes, though I also enjoy making other items when the mood strikes. You'll also find custom cigar ashtrays, fridge magnets, wooden bow ties, wine glass butlers, and wooden phone holders in the store.
