2 out of 5 starsDelivery was promised by May 15th, and it’s now the 18th with no delivery. Because of the delay, the balloons are now useless since they were meant for my child’s birthday. If I had known they weren’t going to arrive by the promised date, I would have just bought them elsewhere.

We sincerely apologize for the delay with your order and completely understand your disappointment, especially since the balloons were meant for your child’s birthday. We truly did our best to have your package delivered on time, however the courier experienced unexpected delays and repeatedly marked the package as undelivered without any prior warning to us. Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control and not something we anticipated from the shipping carrier. Because of the inconvenience this caused, we have already issued a full refund for your order. While we know this does not make up for the missed occasion, we want you to know that we genuinely care about our customers and their experience. We are very sorry again and will continue working to improve and avoid situations like this in the future.
