Do you offer personalisation on this phone case?

Yes! This personalised phone case can be customised with a name, initial, or short message. We create each custom case to order using your details — just enter your text in the Personalisation box before checkout. If no name is required, simply leave it blank.

How is the name and initial printed?

If your design includes a large letter with a name (e.g. Samantha), we’ll use the first letter of the name provided unless you request otherwise. So "Samantha" will appear with a large “S” and the full name underneath, unless you specify differently at checkout.

What kind of finish do your designs have?

All of our designs are printed using sublimation onto a durable aluminium plate. The finish is smooth — not textured or glittery — and gives a vibrant, high-quality result.

How do I choose the correct phone model?

During checkout, select your exact model from the dropdown. We offer over 200 models across iPhone and Samsung. If you're unsure, message us and we'll help.

How do I choose my phone model?

Simply select your exact phone model from the drop down menu when ordering.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 7AM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Weekend or late orders go out next business day.

Is this real texture/effect?

NO - this is a PRINTED design. The effects are professionally printed onto the case. They are NOT real effects, NOT 3D, NOT raised, and NOT textured.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping using tracked or confirmed delivery via Royal Mail. International delivery times vary.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or returns. If there is an issue with your order, please message us within 24 hours of delivery.
