PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping is standard on all regular sticker orders via First Class USPS mail. These do not include USPS tracking, as they're sent through letter/flat mail. These do have very *basic* tracking through Pitney Bowes (third party postage provider) which has an integration through Etsy, so although a tracking number will show on your order, it's NOT a USPS tracking number.

From past experience, the Pitney Bowes letter tracking system is not great, unfortunately. It's notoriously inaccurate, as it doesn't actually "track" because it's not actually scanned by mail carriers, but it typically provides an estimate of where the letter *may* be based on related tracked USPS mail.

About 20% of the time there are no tracking updates between me dropping the package off and its final destination, and it will show the tracking as "Pre-Transit" (even after it's delivered!). I will always mail out orders within the timelines shown at checkout (5-7 business days).

Very rarely, tracking will show orders as Delivered when they're still in transit (which I know can be alarming, but almost every time it will show up in your mailbox later that same day)

Obviously this tracking method is not ideal, but the Pitney Bowes "tracked" stamp is still the best option for sticker orders in order to keep shipping costs reasonable for me and free for you.

Usually orders take between 1-2 weeks to arrive, but if after 3 weeks from the ship date your stickers still have not been delivered, I am happy to either send replacements for you, or may ask you to open a case with Etsy, and they can send a full refund to you if they conclude that your package was lost in transit!

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience. Trust me when I say this is frustrating to say the least, and other Etsy shops complain about the "reliability" of Pitney Bowes tracking, but for now, it's the best option all around.
