Although customization is not listed as an option on items, please still feel free to reach out. For instance in some cases adding a name to an item like an urn may be possible, but it does depend on the item, and the personalization process may put pieces at risk of serious damage such as cracks depending on the method selected. Personalization is not done until the item is paid for, and it should be considered to be a separate transaction. The first transaction is purchasing the item and once customization has begun the original item is NON-REFUNDABLE. The second transaction is for customization services. The seller is not responsible for damage resulting from certain aspects of the customization process.

Got Gold?
If your item has gold on it- and yes it is real gold- then please wipe gently with a soft cloth such as a microfiber cloth to clean and avoid fingerprints over the gold.

All items are double-boxed for shipping. The inner box can be wrapped in wrapping paper on request and the seller can print a small note from you to tape to the paper. The identity of the item(s) is not written anywhere on the outside unless there are necessary customs forms that require this.
