Returns and exchange details
We understand that buying clothes online is difficult given that you cannot try them on. We accept returns and will provide a refund for the cost of the item but we cannot refund the shipping costs. If an item does not fit or you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us within 3 days of your item’s arrival. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the item must be shipped within 7 days. We ask that you please ship them back safely to prevent damages upon return. Refunds will be issued when the item has returned to us safely. If the item returns to us damages, we cannot issue a refund, unless it is evident that you did your best to protect the item in its packaging.
All of our items are wrapped beautifully in tissue and ribbons and are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as your item is shipped. If the item is a gift, let us know and we will make it extra special for the recipient!
