I send all International orders via a Tracked service.

International buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes and fees that may apply. The buyer is responsible for delivery and collection of an item once in their own country. Any uncollected items which get returned to the sender will be charged for redelivery. There will be no refund of postage if an item has been returned by the postal service due to being uncollected.
Unfortunately due to a change in the EU law I cannot ship to EEA Countries or Northern Ireland.

UK orders are posted via a 'Standard 2nd Class' service (except Rosaries and qualifying larger orders which are sent tracked). The upgrade 'Special Delivery/Tracking' option is not for next day service as it takes time to prepare an item.

Due to postal issues around the globe during busy periods, delivery dates given by Etsy are estimates only and may take longer, which is out of both mine and Etsy's control. If you have any questions then please feel free to message me.

I use Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil, Silver, Gold or Rhodium plated components. Lead, nickel and cadmium free. As well as vintage items.

To take care of your Jewellery please avoid wearing, or spraying, perfumes and strong body lotions. Chemicals in these can react to the plating on metal.

Please keep your Jewellery away from water and moisture as this can tarnish metals and damage plated metals.

Charms are not water resistant.

Due to recent changes to US trade policies the postage cost on listings includes the cost of prepayment of Tariffs and Duty as well as other associated postal and collection fees in sending your order. The ‘stamp’ price will look lower when printed on the box, but this excludes the many associated postal costs/fees, and is not the true cost of shipping.
All INTERNATIONAL items are sent TRACKED. Please contact me if you wish to add a 'Signed For' service (all large Heirloom Rosaries and orders over £100 get sent Tracked and Signed). I will not be offering for sale, or sending, Prayer Cards and smaller medals to the USA due to the high costs involved.
