What does the red lines on the digital stamp mean?
The red line mean that you can cut around your stamp after sketching it or printing it in (print and cut) option on your cutting machine, just like the Die cut do.

Yes, you can easily do,you get a SVG file and the black lines are for print and the red lines are for cut.
