PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME

If you did not receive your parcel after the expiration of the days indicated in the delivery terms (your parcel is considered to be missing), you will be refunded an amount of 50% (costs for the manufacture of the product and delivery costs).

Terms for delivery of products specified in the settings are average and approximate. Unfortunately, it all depends on the postal service and I can not be held responsible for the delivery service.

A package is considered lost if 40 days have passed since the date of dispatch.

LOST PACKAGES IN SOME COUNTRIES

If you are in such countries: Australia, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Canada and Arab countries, then in these countries the parcels are not tracked. Unfortunately there are cases of lost parcels. Since the parcel cannot be tracked to see if it was received or not, only 50% of the product cost is refunded (product manufacturing costs), while delivery costs is not refunded.
