Packaged extremely poorly. Arrived in 3 pieces. Customer service will not acknowledge responsibility or provide return shipping or refund without returned product. Last message asking for a return shipping label also never acknowlegded. Buyer BEWARE!!! THUMBS DOWN FOR THE 2ND TIME ON ETSY THIS MONTH! Its a shame for those sellers who remain being positive that a few bad apples are always in the bunch!

It is very important to open glass gifts carefully. This item was double boxed with lots of packaging material. I packaged it as if I were sending it to my own grandmother. once an item leaves my hands I'm no longer responsible for it. If you would like to send it back I'm more than happy to fix this for you.
