Buy the large size for 20 gallon or larger for easier refill. I am very satisfied with the design of this tool. Try not to play with the prongs inside the diffuser, they can break if you wiggle them to hard (it's meant for water not figgitting, learned the hard way). Makes water pouring and clean-up much faster...upgrade from ye old ziploc bag with holes in it.

I worked with this seller for a custom aquarium lid to keep snails in and cats out, while allowing for my HOB filter, clamp full spectrum light, and heater cord/ plant cuttings. I sent photos of measurements and the end product is a PERFECT FIT. I'm very happy.
