Purchases
When you purchase an item or service from us we retain that information for a period of 6 years following the end of the financial year during which you purchased from us. It is our legal obligation to keep this for tax purposes.

Personalised Items
When you purchase an item which can be personalised with images and information, we will store this for 12 months from the date it has been dispatched. The digital files will then be deleted.
