Order Information Policies

❀ ORDER WILL BE CREATED WITH THE EXACT INFORMATION YOU LEAVE; BE SURE TO SPELL CORRECTLY. Orders will be delayed if information is not clear!!

Sizing and Design Policies

❀ Please see the second photo for the SHIRT SIZING CHARTS order accordingly.
❀ Shirts will be produced in the size the customer selects and this shop is not responsible for replacing/refunding shirts due to customer ordering wrong size.

❀ Due to variations in computer screen brightness/coloration, the colors of the shirts/designs may vary.

❀ Shirt colors may vary between the varying shirt brands.

❀ The longer the name, the smaller the lettering size.

Shipping and Production Policies

❀ If the order is returned to us, we will email the customer through Etsy to ask for a re-shipping payment and new address. After 10 days of no response from the customer, the items will be donated with no refunds or exchanges.
❀ Our CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME is located at the top of the shop header (this is the amount of time it takes to create your order); THEN we ship your items.
❀ Once the order leaves our shop, we cannot control USPS; their delayed, misplaced, lost, or stolen items are not our responsibility and those orders will not be replaced nor refunded.
❀ Buyers are responsible for contacting/filing claims with USPS. Customers will need to contact their local post office with any questions or concerns.
