About us: We are a mommy-daughter and we started our online marketplace in 2016 as a fun way to showcase all the matching "mommy and me" apparel from our own Disney trips, vacations and family gatherings which has sense morphed into our multiple online shops where we thrive on helping others create memories in our cute, trendy, long-lasting apparel. If it's not cute and trendy, we don't want it! Every item in our shop is created by us, for us, because we wanted it first.
We use a top of the line in-house direct to garment (DTG) printer, along with multiple 15 needle embroidery machines, which allows us to offer the fastest turnaround time as well as the best quality apparel. Unlike screen printing, vinyl or sublimation, DTG utilizes inkjet printing technology to print directly onto the garment. This allows for a full color, long-lasting detailed design on each of our items. All of our inks and pretreatments are water-based and eco-friendly.
Every item in our shop is designed, printed and packaged by us here in Southern California. Each item is handmade with love and shipped out directly from us to you which means we do an extensive quality control check over every item before it ships. We hope you love your product as much as we loved creating it! We take great pride in making sure each item is handmade perfectly. Because each of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns at this time. Cancellations within 6 hours of purchase are accepted. If your item arrives damaged or not to your expectations, please message us within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will work to provide immediate resolution.

Frequently asked questions
My item says delivered but isn't here /tracking is not moving, what do I do?
I can see the same exact thing you see on the tracking. If it's not moving, I always recommend signing up for USPS text messages as that usually gets your item moving again. All packages are sent out in a teal polymailer, or larger orders in a 8x12 white box. If it says delivered but it’s not there, sometimes the carriers will hide packages out of site from mail thieves. I suggest checking all possible surroundings and then contacting your local post office to ask for coordinates as of were the package is left. If that fails, you can open a lost-in-transit case with Etsy for review.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Yes we do offer exchanges. Please message us that you are seeking an exchange so we can note the order on our end. The exchange item will be treated the same as an expedited order and will ship out priority the next business day. Buyer will need to send the item(s) back to seller and once the exchange is received, you will get a full refund to the account (minus any shipping costs that were paid) and you can then re-order whichever size you wanted. Seller is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I return my item?
Since all of our items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns on any of our items. We do offer exchanges on all items except custom orders. A custom order includes, but is not limited to items not listed in our shop, and edits/personalization/customization to current prints offered in our shop. If an item arrives damage or defective we will do our best to accommodate and replace the item as quickly as possible. Buyer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
