About us: We are a mommy-daughter duo and we started our online marketplace in 2016 as a fun way to showcase all the matching "mommy and me" apparel from our own Disney trips, vacations and family gatherings which has sense morphed into Magic On Main where we thrive on helping others create memories in our cute, trendy, long-lasting apparel and accessories. If it's not cute and trendy, we don't want it! Every item in our shop is created by us, for us, because we wanted it first.
We use a top of the line in-house direct to garment (DTG) printer, along with multiple 15 needle embroidery machines, which allows us to offer the fastest turnaround time as well as the best quality apparel. Unlike screen printing, vinyl or sublimation, DTG utilizes inkjet printing technology to print directly onto the garment. This allows for a full color, long-lasting detailed design on each of our items. All of our inks and pretreatments are water-based and eco-friendly.
Every item in our shop is designed exclusively for our shop, which means if you see it listed elsewhere, that shop was so inspired by our shop they replicated our listing(s). Each item is packaged and shipped from us with love, which means we do an extensive quality control check over every item before it leaves our hands. We hope you love your product as much as we loved creating it! We take great pride in making sure each item is handmade perfectly. Because most of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns at this time. If your item arrives damaged or not to your expectations, please message us within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will work to provide an immediate resolution.

Frequently asked questions
My item says delivered but isn't here /tracking is not moving, what do I do?
We can only see the same exact thing you see on your end for tracking. If it's not moving, I always recommend signing up for USPS text messages as that usually gets your item moving again. If the order says delivered but it’s not there, sometimes the carriers will hide packages out of site from mail thieves so we suggest checking all possible surroundings and then contacting your local post office to ask for coordinates as to were the package was left. All our packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage which includes insurance up to $100 USD for lost, stolen or damaged items, so in rare occasions that USPS cannot locate your item, you can open a claim for a refund through usps.com
Can I return my item?
We do not offer returns on any of our items. Please ensure you read the descriptions for sizing and item details before placing your order. If an item arrives damage or defective or the wrong item is sent we will do our best to accommodate and replace the item as quickly as possible.
