I love to do custom orders. Return time is 24 - 48 hours (usually less) for text, size and color changes. Redesigning artwork may take longer and may incur in additional charges.

Unfortunately I am unable to offer any printing services. I only sell printable PDF and JPEG files for you to print yourself. You can put the file on a flash drive or DVD and take it to a copy/print shop and have it printed there.

The editable files I sell are very easy to edit but if you get stuck or your text is larger than the example in the file you can contact me and I will edit it for you. Return time is 24-48 hours.

Due to the nature of the products I can only accept cancellations if digital files were not downloaded, emailed or I have not worked on them per client's request.

All my files have been downloaded from Etsy’s server and have proven to print correctly, also the editable files have been edited in Acrobat Reader in other computers. I cannot be held responsible for the configuration of other computers/printers, their software, printer quality or computing knowledge. Once a file is downloaded I cannot do a refund but I can try to help you print by sending another file in case it is corrupted as it may happen when transferring to a server or downloading from a server to your computer. Internet connections may do that and this is beyond my control. I usually answer the same day or within hours of your contact.

I offer an unlimited amount of minor revisions on all personalized orders limited to text and color.

Please note that the unlimited revisions DO NOT include redesigning your invitation, altering the artwork in any way, or changing your design to another design. They are intended for basic text and color modifications only. Redesigning, altering artwork and changing design to another design will incur in an additional fee.
