I contacted Dana and she was able to recreate the design for me (she still had the design she’d used for my original one) and it arrived within a few days! I’m so happy that she was able to recreate my special keepsake for me. Dana is so wonderful and kind, and I would highly recommend ordering from her. It is evident she cares deeply for her work! I am attaching a new picture, as this handkerchief has a different design from my original one. I loved both of them! Thank you Dana :)

Gift wrapping and packaging
For physical items, gift wrapping is available. We will add a gift bag or wrapping to your order.
Wholesale availability
We carry embroidery blanks (stuffed animals) that are available for wholesale purchase. They are also used for sublimation. Please contact us for wholesale orders.
What products do you sell & what's your main focus?
Our main focus is Machine Embroidery Designs that you can purchase as a template or personalized. We also digitize new designs and graphics from scratch.
Products we offer:

2. Custom digitizing
3. Wall art (framed pictures) embroidered for you. We have designs for all occasions: weddings, birthdays, baby shower, etc.
Custom designs vs. personalized?
Personalized designs are made with our existing graphics and personalized with your text, names, dates, etc. Imagine a wedding picture frame with personalized dates and names and with our existing graphics of wedding bands or a couple.
Custom artwork is a new design, new graphics, either re-designed or created from scratch for you. It can also include your personalization such as names and dates, etc, but doesn't have to.
Processing time vs. Shipping time

For physical items, our processing time is 1-3 business days. This is the time we need to create, digitize, design or redesign, and embroider or paint your custom artwork. It could be as soon as 1 day or as long as 3 days depending on the complexity of work.
To speed up the processing time, we kindly ask you to be on top of your emails and messages to coordinate any custom design questions and details with us.
After that, your order ships out immediately from MagicSpool to you.
Typically, our customers get their orders within 4-7 days in Canada and 8-9 days in the US, but this always depends on the shipping company.

To speed up the processing time, we kindly ask you to be on top of your emails and messages to coordinate any design questions and details with us.
This way, there's a possibility for us to work out all the details quicker and to ship your order sooner.
For urgent requests, please message us and let us know that you need your order faster. We will create an expedited shipping label for you at an extra cost.
