Shipping Times & Additional Fees
Currently, due to the worldwide spread of COVID-19, shipping times will vary. We ask that you view the estimated shipping times as a rough estimate as delays in local jurisdictions may have your order taking longer than usual to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once we've mailed them out.
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes that need to be collected in order to release a package. We are not responsible for misdelivery due to incorrect shipping addresses entered with your order.
We offer free domestic and international shipping on stickers/sticker only orders! These will be mailed in a regular stamped envelope with no tracking.
What do your pin grades mean?
Enamel pins are handmade by our manufacturer, so each pin will be different and may contain flaws during this process. Our pins are meant to be both displayed and worn so please see how we grade our pins.
Standard: these pins are nearly flawless, but may contain a stray glitter fleck, tiny bubbles in the enamel, slight scratching or some marks on the outside edges of the pin.
Seconds: these pins may have more of a visible defect, but are great for wearing on jackets, bags, or anywhere where they may experience more wear and tear on. They are also still great for displays!
C Grades: these pin contain several flaws and are great if you want to collect on a budget or for children who may want some flair!

All sales are final. However, please contact us if your order arrives damaged or missing items. We definitely want you to be satisfied with your order!
