My listings are all digital downloads, you will receive an A4 size PDF and JPG file to download from Etsy within 24 hours, which you can print at home or use a printing shop or online.

Can I personalise the design?
Yes! If you have ordered the birthday newspaper and If you select the personalised option,
please provide the name and date you'd like on the print in the personalisation box.
Ensure all spellings are correct, as I will print exactly what you provide.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also select View Receipt at the top of an item’s listing page to go to Purchases, where you can download the item.
Can I get a refund on my order?
No refunds available for the digital print at home orders but please message me and I will do my best to help/

No, the digital file is for personal use only. It cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
Is the birthday newspaper a good alternative to a birthday card?
Yes! This print makes a thoughtful and unique gift, especially for a milestone birthday.
What size is the digital file?
The pdf and jpg are both A4 size (21.0 cm x 29.7 cm).
You can print the pdf in larger sizes like a3 and a2 if your printer settings allow this.
Do you offer the birthday newspaper for other years not listed?
Yes! I can create prints for other year!
If you’d like a different year, please send me a message.
Can I change the colours or design?
At the moment, I only offer the design as shown in the listing. However, if you have a special request, feel free to message me and I’ll see if I can accommodate it.
