What if my item arrives damaged?
We work hard to package items so that they arrive to you in pristine condition, however, sometimes a box gets damaged in transit. If that happens and your item is damaged, please reach out to me within 3 days of receiving your item with pictures of the damaged packaging. Typically, I insure my items and can file a claim with the shipping company, but I have to have pictures of the damaged packaging. If the damage is truly from the shipping process, I will happily replace your item.
