What is a sample?
A sample is one full envelope in your chosen size and colour.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery dates provided by Etsy are ESTIMATES only. Delivery time depends upon the country of destination and the shipping method selected. For international orders, some customs delays can be expected so provide extra time for delivery. Please keep an eye on the tracking.
Why is the international shipping cost for a sample high?
Etsy only allows us to set a single shipping cost so this is set for a parcel size. However, we refund any excess postage charges for sample orders where applicable.
Do I have to pay customs fees if I’m ordering from the USA?
No — all duties and taxes for USA orders are prepaid by us. This means your parcel will arrive without any extra customs or handling fees to pay on delivery.
