All orders are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges are accepted unless product is damaged upon receiving where pictures will be required. We do apologize for any postal delays especially during holiday seasons however we have no control over USPS delivery services. We can resend a copy of your tracking information on your package for your convince. We sincerely apologize but there is nothing we can do once it is out of our hands. All orders are non refundable but please understand that the postal service is under stress during holiday seasons so we apologize for the inconvenience. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DATES! Custom items have a turn around time of 2 weeks MINIMUM depending on the project! Larger or commercial projects will take 2-3 weeks! Custom items are non-refundable! No exceptions! Once an item is completed you can choose to keep it or not but the item(s) are non-refundable due to the nature of the fact that it is custom and cannot be resold and has been specifically made for that specific order! I will send proofs of design to be approved before cutting/completing an item(s); please reply in a timely manner so your project can get completed. Custom projects NEED to be APPROVED before cutting or completing the items no exceptions!

The turnaround time for in stock ready made items (those that are already completed) will be shipped within 1 week of the order. No guarantee on shipping times due to postal service but I will do my part to have it shipped within 1 week of the
order.

Rush orders are based on a case by case basis. Please message us with your project idea and we will let you know if it can be completed in the turnaround time you need. Please remember, we are a small business and have a family so not all rush orders will be able to be accepted however, I will do my best to assist as many of you as I can! A rush order will have a FEE applied! Those are orders that need to be completed in less than the Custom time frame (2 weeks for regular or small custom orders), (2-3 weeks for larger or commercial projects) and if it is a ready made item it cannot be rushed however if you need it sooner message me and I will do my best to get it out ASAP for you but will NOT guarantee it will be there in time!

Small/regular (ready made items) rush order will have a separate fee of $10 1 week or less.

Larger more intricate projects requiring a rush order will have a separate fee of $20 will require 1 week minimum!

Commercial projects will require a rush order fee of $30-$45 due to the nature of the project and depending on what is needed. A absolute minimum of 2 weeks is needed!
