⭐️ If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let me know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, I will do everything I can to work with you towards a solution.

⭐️ If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to me. Once I receive your return order, I will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re-shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

⭐️ If you didn’t absolutely love your order, we are happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to us. Please message us via Etsy within 14 days of the items arrival. We do not cover your return shipping back to us. Once the order has arrived and we have inspected it for damage, we will issue a refund. All items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
⭐️ If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 3 days of the orders arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the package. From there, we would be more than happy to refund or replace your order. We cover your return shipping back to us if the item arrives damaged.

⭐️ All my pottery comes wrapped for shipping and ready for gift-giving. I can include a notecard with your order. ⭐️All of my pottery is either thrown on the wheel or created using slabs of clay. Nothing is made from molds or mass produced.
⭐️ Every design is screen printed by hand in my studio. All of my screens are designed and hand drawn by me. I do not use any illustrations designed by other companies.
⭐️ Every piece of pottery is hand crafted. There will be slight variations in each piece of pottery due to it's handmade nature.
⭐️ I only use lead-free glaze and nontoxic clay in my studio. Ensuring my pottery is safe for everyday use.
⭐️ My pottery is fired to very high temperatures so that it becomes extremely durable as is chip resistant.

⭐️ All of the pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, but as they are handmade ceramics made in very limited quantities I recommend that you take care when using and cleaning your pottery. The microwave is hard on all ceramics, and overtime microwaving your pottery will make it (and all handmade ceramics) more brittle. Also the heating element in your dishwasher can get very hot, so I recommend placing the pieces away from the heating element to avoid thermal shock.
