Custom and personalised orders
Custom Orders are more than welcome - This refers to orders that are not in the shop. Payment must be made in full before any custom item is made and custom items are non-returnable. If requested, a photo of the finished item can be sent prior to shipment.
Is it possible to downpay and hold an item?
Yes, DEPOSIT (LAYAWAY) is available. 25% downpayment will hold your item until full payment is made within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
I would kindly mention that if the item is not paid in full within 30 days and I do not hear from you, then any payment applied will be credited back to you and the item offered up for sale to other customers.
Are the gemstones natural?
Yes if m description states so. I carefully select natural semi-precious stones for their beauty and character.
Small inclusions and irregularities are part of their natural charm and make each piece unique.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship within the EU and to the US/Canada.
For US customers: please note that basic shipping does not include tracking or insurance. If you’d like insured shipping, an upgrade is available for €10.
What happens if my item is lost in transit? Will I get a refund?
Within Germany and the EU – YES.
I ship with HERMES, and the price includes insurance, so I will refund you if your parcel is lost.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer the same for customers in the US.
The basic shipping option does not include tracking or insurance, so I won’t be able to offer a reimbursement unless a shipping upgrade is purchased for an additional €10 on top of the base price. This option is available.

All my pieces are made with sterling silver, gold fill, or vermeil – they may develop a soft patina over time.
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:
– Store it in a dry place, preferably in a pouch.
– Avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotions.
– Polish gently with a soft cloth if needed.

Yes! I’d love to create something special for you.
Please message me with your idea, preferred stones, or any inspiration you have.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes – I offer beautiful gift packaging and can include a handwritten note and a card. Just let me know at checkout.
What is the procedure for returning items?
I do not accept returns, unless the item arrives broken or damaged in transit.
In such a case, I will gladly repair it free of charge and cover your return shipping costs.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact me right away (within 7 days).
I will repair it for free and cover return shipping if it was damaged in transit.
Please follow these steps:
- Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Return the item UNUSED / UNWORN and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
- Please send me a message before returning anything, so I can guide you through the process.
Bent or altered pieces are not eligible for repair or refund. If an item has been changed or worn, I will contact you, and you can choose to have it returned at your expense.
For returns from non-EU countries:
Please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" on the outside and complete a Customs
