I want to first thank you for your support and trust in my work :) To avoid disappointment, please read below...

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping is approximately 5-7 business days, but often less. NEW TAROT/ORACLE LISTINGS TAKE 2-3 WEEKS to ship. PLEASE check that your mailing address is correct and complete before finishing your purchase. Once your order is en route, your address cannot be changed or modified.
MARKED DELIVERED BUT NO PACKAGE: If your package says delivered but you haven't received it, it could very well be that the postal service scanned it wrong (have seen this happen often), first, check around your property and neighbors to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. If that is not the case then going (not calling) to your local postal office will get the problem resolved fairly quickly. I have rarely seen a package lost and often times waiting just a few more days the postal service will deliver the package.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am no longer offering standard international shipping. I know that priority is more expensive but being a small business, I cannot afford to replace, refund, or fix any issues due to postal service mistakes that are out of my control. The good news is that now you will get your item much quicker and through a more reliable service! CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
I do not accept cancellations or refunds, so please double check your order and make sure that you are ok with pricing, item description, shipping time, and the overall product! I do have a system in place to keep organization and ensure that everyone is happy by maintaining order to things. So please! please! please! double check your orders to avoid any frustrations.

ABOUT MY WORK: Every deck I create comes from a place of love and I wouldn't sell anything that I wouldn't personally use myself. I price my decks based on how much energy I put in to each deck or if I had to pay for certain artwork to keep the energy of the deck flowing.

I feel so very blessed to have very kind, loyal and dear customers, each one of you is appreciated! I hope this announcement has helped clarify some of the common issues that I see mentioned.
