I started my Etsy shop in 2008 and between motherhood and the inconsistency of military life (ie. moving every few years) running my Etsy shop, wanting to give my clients the time and attention and quality they deserve, started to become increasingly more difficult so I took a bit of a break.

Over the last year, life has become a bit more stable - which is a weird thing to say during a global pandemic! But our family is now better situated and my son is a little older, making the kind of work I want to put out there more possible!

I’ve been an artist for 17 years most of which was spent creating fantasy watercolour illustrations. However, in the last few years I’ve branched out into creating with acrylics, liquid oils, and also working digitally! I feel like I’m hitting a really good stride and I’m able to offer a variety of beautiful, unique, and fun art pieces and merchandise!

The thing about being an artist is that you have the opportunity to offer your unique perspective and parts of yourself to the world through your work. Whether you buy an original art piece from me or merchandise made from my art pieces, you are getting a piece of me in each treasure (not literally - that’s gross and illegal! 😂 …………I’m just saying, I put a lot of myself into my work....!)
