How long does shipping take?
Each phone case is made to order. Processing and estimated delivery times are shown on each listing and again at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Will my order arrive earlier than the estimated date?
Orders often arrive toward the earlier end of the estimated delivery window, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Please order early if you need your case for a trip, holiday, birthday, or special event.
Custom and personalised orders
Orders enter production quickly. Cancellations, address changes, design changes, or phone-model changes may not be possible once production has started. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every phone case is made specifically for the phone model selected at checkout, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect model selections, changes of mind, or ordering mistakes.
Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can look into the issue.
Are the cases MagSafe compatible?
Some iPhone case options include built-in magnets for MagSafe accessories. Please check the listing options and description before ordering.
Samsung and Google Pixel cases do not contain built-in magnets. They are compatible with standard wireless charging, but magnetic accessories will not attach securely without a separate magnetic ring or adapter.
Do you make custom designs?
Custom design availability may vary. Please message us before ordering with the phone model and a description of what you are looking for. Sending a request does not guarantee that a custom order can be accepted.
How do I choose the correct phone size?
Please check your phone’s exact model in its settings before ordering. Phone models with similar names can have different dimensions and camera placements.

Please do not choose a model based only on screen size or appearance.
What if my phone model is not listed?
If your model does not appear in the dropdown menu, it is not currently available for that design. You are welcome to message us with the exact model, and we can confirm whether it may become available.
