Her customer service was exceptional, and the quality of the products exceeded my expectations. The children absolutely loved building their own bears, and it was so heartwarming to see their excitement as they proudly showed off their creations to their parents at the end of the party. Kristen played a big part in making the celebration memorable, and I highly recommend her services.

How do I close up my Make-A-Pet?
There is a zip tie in the back that you pull shut after stuffing. You can cut the end of the zip tie when done zipping it shut, then you pull the little strip of material off the Velcro and you then Velcro shut.
What if I want a 15 pack of animals?
If you want a 15 pack of animals it is best to order a 10 pack and 5 pack. I do have some 15 packs of teddies and 15 packs of mixed dog party kits available.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry but we don't accept returns. However, Make-a-Pet has the sole discretion to accept a return on a case by case basis after our approval and will need to be mailed back within 5 business after being approved with full tracking information provide to us. Customer will be need to pay for return shipping and original shipping costs, misc. fees and a 15% stock fee.

Please order your party packs early! I can not guarantee any shipping times or dates. USPS Ground shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, Priority Mail takes approximately 1 to 3 business days. Please keep in mind these business days do not include the day they are dropped off at the post office and they do not include Holidays or the weekends. These are approximate dates and do not offer guarantee they will arrive by that time.
