Are you open to creating products not listed on your shop?
Yes! We are "makers" above all else and would love to hear about your idea.
How are your printed products made?
They are 3D printed using a biodegradable plastic called PLA. Some of our products have embedded parts (D-rings, magnets) that are carefully placed and secured during printing. We are precise in our 3D modeling and printing processes to provide you with a high quality product you're sure to enjoy.
What if the cost to ship to me internationally is a barrier to purchasing one of your products?
Please message us if this is the case! We can discuss various shipping options with you.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
We guarantee our products for 30 days against defects - if you notice an issue, just reach out and we’ll be glad to help.
What happens if I forget to include important information for my order to be made?
We’ll contact you if any important info is missing. If we don’t receive the details within 24 hours of your ship-by date, your order may be canceled so we can stay on schedule. Thanks for understanding!
