How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on the amount of outstanding orders we have. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

Shipping is currently set up for USPS First Class Mail on most items, unless stated otherwise in the description, or during checkout.

~Your package is typically delivered within 2-5 business days from the time it leaves our location.

* * An upgrade to Priority Mail is available on most items. This does not reflect our processing time. Upgrading to Priority Shipping from First Class mail only has to do with the amount of time it takes for the US Postal Service to get your package to you.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges. All of our items are custom made to order, therefore we are unable to resell them. However, our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and we will do everything to ensure that you are happy with your order. Please, contact us is you have an issue with your purchase, before leaving negative feedback. We want you to be completely satisfied and will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens!

** Items returned to us due to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have entered the correct address during checkout.

Care instructions

Photo, sublimation items, Glitter or Non-Glitter Designs: Machine wash, tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on image.

Rhinestone Designs: Machine wash inside out, tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry.

Custom and personalized orders

Please remember to review your design, spelling, names, dates and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is custom made to your specifications and cannot be resold. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about customization or sizing before placing your order.

If a specific print type and/or print color(s) is not requested at the time the order is placed, the order will be processed as pictured in the first photo in the item listing.

If your item arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or in any way defective, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the problem immediately. Simply send a photo of the issue to us via etsy convo, and we will get a new item to you as quickly as possible.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date as we cannot be held responsible for delays by the US Postal Service. "Estimated" delivery times are shown during checkout, and will depend upon the shipping method you choose. You will however be supplied with a tracking number once your order is shipped so that you can view the route of your order.

Please do not leave a need-by date in the notes to seller without contacting us first, as all orders are processed in the order they come to us. Our production times can vary greatly, depending upon order volume as every item is custom made to your specifications.
