As every item we sell is made-to-order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this time apart from product defects or quality issues.

Please refer to the time frame window given when your item was purchased. Once your item has shipped, you will receive tracking information and a more accurate delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date due to the nature of the postal system.

If your tracking number has not had any updated scans in the past 7 days, please reach out so we can look into it on our end. Sometimes shipping carriers may misplace or lose packages :(

Carriers may occasionally misdeliver packages, or leave them in an unusual place near your house.
Before reaching out to us, please:
-Check behind plants and around corners for any packages that were sneakily placed
-Ask your neighbors to see if they have received your package by mistake
-Reach out to your local post office to inquire about your missing package
If your package has still not been found 7 days after being marked as "delivered", please follow up with us again for the next steps!
