Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

Payment

At present time I can only accept paypal purchases in pound sterling, but do not fret even if you do not have a Paypal account you can still use it to make a card purchase securely. Check out https://www.etsy.com/help/article/361 for help to do so.
Payments should be made within 7 days other wise the sale will be cancelled, extensions can be made if you contact me within that time frame.
Payment must be made in full and cleared before the item will be shipped, if you are encountering any problems do not hesitate to contact me.

Although Maladjusted Designs does accept 'Other Payment' this is generally used for trades and should only be selected if you have contacted me before placing the order and we have an agreement in place otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2-3 working days of receiving payment, once item has been shipped should take up to 3-5 working days to reach its destination in the UK, deliveries outside UK are expected to take between 5-14 days, packages are not tracked unless you request it and there may be additional costs. Please be assured that I will get your package posted to you as soon as possible.
Customized items will take longer, due to the nature of the customizing but I will be in contact with you with estimations.
If your location is not listed in the shipping charges please contact me for a quote. If you require a faster shipping contact me, there may also be additional costs, the same will go for shipping on multiple items.
