Privacy policy – GDPR (Europe)

Starting in May 25th 2018, a new regulation from the European Parliament called “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)” require all (among them us, the Etsy sellers) to share our privacy policy on data.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

Information We Collect
We don’t collect information or use it apart from fulfilling you order. We have no access to any payment data, that’s is handled directly by Etsy.com, they just let us know that is paid and we can ship the orders. All your information stays within Etsy.com website (except for the information needed at the post office to post the package -name and address only).

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

Why we Need Your Information and How we Use It
We needed it to deliver our products or the good you bought. Is used only as when we to fulfil your order or to provide you customer support; if you require any help or have some questions (when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time).

if necessary to comply with a tax or legal obligation such as tax law (i.e invoices); and in compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
The GDPR requires that we disclose the details of any personal information you share with third parties.
Information about my customers is important to us. We share your personal information only at the post office in order to be able to send you the items you bought. All the information is stored by Etsy.com and we have no access or visibility to any data besides your name, provided address, and email. All that is sent to us by Etsy.com via Gmail at the moment you buy any of our products.

We don’t store, share or transfer any information.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for a short period of time, only for as long as necessary to ensure you received the order correctly and as described in my Privacy Policy. Although your purchase might be stored at Etsy.com website (you can read Etsy.com policy here https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001027628-General-Data-Protection-Regulation-GDPR-).

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We don’t transfer any your information outside EU, with the exception of the information required to be shared with the post offices (name and address).

For example, when we receive the email from Etsy.com with your order, a notifications is sent via Gmail and Etsy.com app. Those servers might be in the US or Europe, but we have no way to know or control the email system, all the same, when you buy via Etsy.com. As a result, your personal information might be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.

GDPR - Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases.
