Shipping
Free shipping via registered mail. Jewellery is always sent in a well protected cardboard box by polish post services. It's a priority mail.
All packages have a tracking number which I will communicate to you in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the status of your order by clicking the Track Package button on your Purchase page in your Etsy account.
Orders are ready to ship within 1 working day (monday - friday).
Your order will be shipped from Poland. The average delivery time is :
- 3 to 12 days inside Europe (can occasionnally take up to 15 days)
- 6 to 30 days for the US and Canada (can occasionnally take up to 40 days)
- 10 to 40 days for the rest of the world
Please keep in mind the maximum delivery time + the processing time (1 day) when placing an order for a special event !
IMPORTANT : Please always double-check and make sure your address on file is accurate when placing an order. You can register multiple addresses on Etsy so if your order is a gift for someone else, you simply have to select "Ship to a New Adress" and type the recipient's address.
Misarte cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay or undelivered order resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been returned to us, and re-shipping costs will be at your charge.
