Shipping Policy:

- Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is current, as we will be using that to ship your items. If you need it shipped to a different address, contact us immediately after purchase.

- Almost all items are ready in store and shipped within 96 hours. We will contact you or issue a refund if any items are out of stock.
- Shipping is USPS First Class Mail. Domestic is normally 2-5 days in transit, International is normally 6-30 days in transit, but not guaranteed.
- Due to COVID-19 some packages are taking longer than normal for delivery. Please understand, this is completely out of our control.

- Expedited shipping upgrades are available at an extra cost. If you need guaranteed delivery at a certain date make sure to contact us first.

- PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered LOST in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
- Domestic: 20 days past shipping date
- International: 60 days past shipping date
If your order that has not been delivered within these time frames please contact me so I can file an insurance claim through USPS on your behalf.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Due to the high cost of international shipping the price may be higher than the actual shipping cost. If this is the case we will refund any excess shipping charges when your order ships.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we will no longer be shipping to Germany. Orders from Germany will be cancelled due to a new German packaging law.

If the cost for shipping international is higher than the actual shipping paid we will contact you with the price difference requesting that you pay the difference. If you do not wish to pay the difference we will cancel your order. We reserve the right to hold the order until the difference is paid or cancel the order if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours.
