Why do you not accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalization/customization of the products I offer I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why do you not accept cancellations?

The only cancellation I accept is if it a duplicate order. Once orders come in I like to get started on them within 24 hours.

How much is shipping?

Here at MandeBuilds shipping is calculated based on where you are located but FREE if buying $25+ worth of our items.

How fast is your turnaround time?

Typically my turnaround time is between 1-7 business days. I believe in work life balance and I am a wife and mother first and foremost so they will always come first. But, if you need yours sooner than the expected date given on the listing please message me before placing your order to see if it is feasible at that time.

Who do you use for shipping?

Shipping is through USPS.
